Email is monitored closely. During working hours you'll usually hear back right away, or within a few hours. FlightLine is owner-run by a working pilot, so on the rare occasion a reply takes a little longer, it's because he's in the air — and a note left overnight is answered first thing.
You don't need to include owner names, tail numbers, or confidential aircraft details in your first note — a sentence or two about what you're looking for is plenty.
